Le remake de SILENT HILL 2, le chef d’œuvre d’horreur psychologique de KONAMI, dépasse la barre du million de copies vendues moins d’une semaine après son lancement officiel
Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KONAMI) annonce aujourd’hui que SILENT HILL 2, le remake très attendu du jeu d’horreur psychologique sorti à l’origine en 2001, a été vendu à plus d’1 million d’exemplaires en combinant les versions physiques et numériques, moins d’une semaine (11 octobre) après sa sortie le 8 octobre sur PlayStation®5 et PC via STEAM®. Développé par Bloober Team, avec le compositeur Akira Yamaoka et le concept artist Masahiro Ito, le remake de SILENT HILL 2 est acclamé par la critique dans le monde entier et désigné comme l’un des jeux à ne pas manquer en 2024.
Ressentez la culpabilité, le deuil et l’horreur existentielle de James Sunderland alors qu’il explore la ville de Silent Hill, où il se rendait avec sa femme Mary lorsqu’elle était encore en vie, un décor symbolique désormais englouti par le brouillard. Le remake étend les zones pouvant être explorées par les joueurs, introduit une vue par-dessus l’épaule, repense le système de combat et ajoute de nouvelles cut-scenes pour offrir aux joueurs d’antan comme aux néophytes différentes façons de profiter du jeu.
